Our corporate conduct is based on our commitment to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity at all times.
Our Sea-Air Logistics (SAL) Group Business Principles set out our commitment to operate responsibly wherever we work in the world and to engage with our stakeholders to manage the social, environmental and ethical impact of our activities in the different markets in which we operate.
SAL pledges not to engage in bribery or any form of unethical inducement or payment including facilitation payments. All employees are required to avoid any activities that might lead to, or suggest, a conflict of interest with the business of the company. Employees must declare and keep a record of hospitality or gifts accepted or offered, which will be subject to managerial review. We do not make any direct or indirect contributions to political parties.
We will uphold laws relevant to countering bribery and corruption in all the jurisdictions in which we operate, particularly laws that are directly relevant to specific business practices.
It is the policy of Sea-Air Logistics (SAL) to achieve and maintain high standards of health and safety throughout the organisation, providing a safe and healthy working conditions, equipment and systems of work for all SAL employees. We are also committed to providing such information and training as they need for this purpose.
Appropriate preventative and protective measures are, and will continue to be implemented following the identification of work-related hazards and assessment of the risks related to them.

SAL is in the first award in Hong Kong (number RF0002) of the RACSF (Regulated Air Cargo Screening Facility) issued by the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department on the 14th June 2019.
SAL accredited RA3 validation on 24th December 2019 by the European Union (EU). RA3 stands for Regulated Agent 3rd Country.
